Lawn Cutting Services

Mow – mowing up to 6” of lawn growth including mulching or disposing of grass clippings in the front, back and side yards. Call or email to request quote if grass is over 6″.
Blow – cleanup of grass clippings off driveways, sidewalks, curbs, and pool deck. No incidental debris should be left on hardscapes.
Trim – trimming along fences, standing structures, and foundations, trees, mailboxes, etc.
Edge – Create a defined grass border around driveways, sidewalks, walkways and pool decks.
Maintain Flowerbeds – routine maintenance of flower beds to ensure they are free of weeds and debris
Remove Incidental Debris – Up to 1 cubic foot of trash pick-up per service, including flowerbeds, parking lots, dumpster areas. Trash will be disposed of in the on-site dumpster.
Service-Related Debris – Mulching of grass clippings and other general service-related debris from landscape and blowing of grass clippings from driveways does not include removal of excessive amounts of fallen leaves accumulated during the fall.
Debris Removal – Removal of yard debris (trash,newspapers/mail/ phonebooks, leaves/needles/cones, branches/twigs, fallen fruit, animal droppings, service-related debris, etc.).
Weeding – Weed all planters and flowerbeds in front and back of the house. Whip cut weeds and spray weeds. Removal and spraying of weeds in all flower beds, paved areas, and yard
Maintain Weeds – Removal and spraying of all weeds on the property including yard, flowerbeds, pots, hardscape cracks by hand pulling, whipping and applying weed killer according to local codes.

Tree Cutting Services

At Monroe Management, LLC, we provide comprehensive tree cutting services to enhance your trees’ health and your property’s safety and appearance. These services include:

Tree Removal – cutting and removal of a of a standing or down tree from the property
Stump Grinding – Grinding a tree’s root already at ground level we do not use any chemicals.
Shrub/Bush Removal – De-branch or De-root of plant stump using a garden shovel.
Bush Trimming – Trimming and shaping of all bushes/shrubs/plants on the property up to 6’ so they are not overgrown in appearance. No vegetation should touch structures or overhang sidewalks/driveways/walkways.
Tree Trimming – Trim all trees on the property. Raise canopy 6ft from ground, don’t damage the tree. Limbs can’t touch structures or overhang concrete areas or porches. Call if the bid necessary.
